Dollar Declines to Lowest Level Against Yen Since May 1995

Sept. 15 (Bloomberg) -- The dollar weakened to the lowest level in 15 years against the yen.

The dollar dropped to 82.98 yen as of 10:31 a.m. in Tokyo from 83.04 in New York yesterday after declining to 82.88, the lowest level since May 1995.
