The following is a list of companies whose shares may have unusual price changes in Germany tomorrow. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are from the previous close.
The benchmark DAX Index rose 0.8 percent to 6134.62.
ADVA AG Optical Networking (ADV GY): The company will become a member of the TecDAX index, Deutsche Boerse AG said. The shares increased 3 percent to 4.57 euros.
Axel Springer AG (SPR GY): The publisher will become a member of the MDAX index. The shares rose 0.5 percent to 93 euros.
Bauer AG (B5A GY): The builder and construction-equipment maker will be moved to the SDAX index. The shares increased 0.7 percent to 33.55 euros.
Loewe AG (LOE GY): Chief Executive Officer Oliver Seidl said Loewe plans to expand slightly this year and in 2011, German newspaper Die Welt reported. The shares advanced 0.7 percent to 6.19 euros.
Lufthansa AG (LHA GY): Europe’s second-biggest airline plans to pay a dividend for 2010, Chief Financial Officer Stephan Gemkow told Boersen-Zeitung in an interview. The shares rose 1.7 percent to 13.03 euros.
MediGene AG (MDG GY): The company will be removed from the TecDAX index. The shares dropped 0.9 percent to 2.76 euros.
RWE AG (RWE GY): Juergen Grossmann, chief executive officer of Germany’s second-largest utility, said a change in the legal form of the company will help to cut administrative costs, Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung reported. The shares rose 1.3 percent to 53.23 euros.
Siemens AG (SIE GY): The company’s chief executive for France, Philippe Carli, will leave the company after 21 years, Financial Times Deutschland reported. The shares increased 1.3 percent to 74.63 euros.
Stroer Out-of-Home Media AG (SAX GY): The company is to become a member of the SDAX index. The shares rose 1.4 percent to 20.08 euros.
