Sept. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Tod’s SpA Chairman Diego Della Valle won’t sell his stake in Saks Inc., the executive said in an interview with la Repubblica.
“Saks is an industrial project and we aren’t sellers,” Della Valle, who owns about 9 percent of the company with his brother Andrea, told the daily. Della Valle declined to comment on the possibility of making an offer for Saks shares he doesn’t own.
