July 9 (Bloomberg) -- Brazilian pension funds Funcef, Petrus and Previ will hold a 27.5 percent stake in the Belo Monte hydropower dam that will be built in the Amazon, Folha de S. Paulo reported, without saying where it got the information.
Previ, the pension fund of Banco do Brasil SA, and Petrus, of state oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA, will each have 10 percent, Folha reported. Funcef, the pension fund of government-controlled Caixa Economica Federal, will get 7.5 percent, the Sao Paulo-based newspaper said.
