Earlier this month, Innovation & Design senior writer Jessie Scanlon wrote a piece on the work of engineer, entrepreneur and MacArthur Fellow, Saul Griffith. Griffith, who last year got attention for WattzOn, a personal, Web-based energy audit system that people can use to calculate their own energy consumption, is now working on developing wind-power innovations to help tackle both the energy and climate crises.
