Roger Martin, dean of the only design-centric business school, the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, will be in NYC on Monday presenting at my Parsons lecture series, Design At The Edge. Roger will be speaking about Design Thinking and his new book in Wollman Hall on the 5th floor from 6PM to 7:20PM. You get there by going to a Parsons’ building at 66 West 12th Street.
This is a rare opportunity for people in the New York area to hear one of the leading theorists of Design Thinking and ask him questions. If you’re still wondering just what the heck Design Thinking is, ask the man who consults with P&G about it.
We live in a time of massive transformation, where old paradigms aren’t working and old means of problem-solving are inadequate. Design Thinking is an alternative means to plot our future and transform our institutions and culture.
Come to Parsons and ask Roger how.
