When you choose to enjoy your work, you lead with greater power and you change lives for the better. Small business owners who make enjoyment a high priority are energized and rewarded by their job, and inspire their employees and customers at the same time.
Yet the norm in the business world is to consider enjoyment a "nice to have," not a "need to have." Finding enjoyment is first and foremost an "inside job"—that is, taking a look at your own beliefs about fun and work, and revising them as necessary to permit yourself to enjoy what you do.
