Missed this yesterday, but Debbie Weil writes that former Dallas quarterback and now CEO Roger Staubach has launched a blog, called Monday Morning CEO. And there is a world of difference between how this sports celebrity and another one, Mark Cuban, approach blogging. While Cuban lets it rip, Stuabach says he'll get help from his staff writing the blog and will post once a week.
As Weil writes:"That may not work. Remember, you gotta apply the WIIFM (What's In It For Me) rule to an effective corporate blog. Meaning what's in it for your readers, not for you. Oh, BTW, isn't today Monday?? I don't see an update to the blog."
