HEC Paris Admissions

Isabelle Cota, admissions and student affairs director at HEC Paris, will be our guest

Among BusinessWeek's top 10 international MBA programs for the second time, HEC Paris is increasingly selective, accepting just 22% of its applicants to the class of 2005.

Want to make your mark at HEC Paris? Then you don't want to miss this event. In a live chat on Thursday, Feb. 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (EST), we'll get the straight scoop from Isabelle Cota, admissions and student affairs director at HEC Paris. She'll take your questions and offer advice on everything from GMAT scores to essays.

Before arriving at HEC Paris two months ago, Cota had spent seven years at the American University of Paris as the coordinator of International Undergraduate Admissions. German by nationality, she was born and raised in France, and did her post-secondary studies at Bard College in the U.S. Cota speaks French, English, and German fluently.

Your co-hosts for this live chat will be Jack Dierdorff (BWJack), consulting editor of BusinessWeek Online and former managing editor of the magazine, and Francesca Di Meglio (FrancescaBW), a BW Online reporter covering business schools.

Hope to see you there!

BusinessWeek Online rotates chat days and times so that everyone has a chance to tune in. If you can't attend a live event, you can send Francesca Di Meglio questions for the guest in advance, and she'll try to pose as many as she can. Please use the subject line "Columbia Chat." Or, you may simply read the transcript that we post afterward.
