Noche Signature Mojito

1 oz. Monin mojito mint

1 oz. fresh lime juice

1 oz. simple syrup

5 mint leaves

1 lime wedge

2 oz. Bacardi Limón

Splash of club soda

Combine the first five ingredients, and mix well. Add ice, Bacardi Limón, and club soda. Garnish with lime and mint.

Mango Mai Tai

2 oz. Cruzan Mango Rum

1/2 oz. Montecristo 12-year-old rum

Splash of Amaretto

1/2 oz. Orange Curaçao 1/2 oz. simple syrup

1/2 oz. lime juice

2 oz. pineapple juice

Pour all ingredients over ice, and shake. Serve in a highball glass, and garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
