UBS Warburg Cuts Estimates for Gap

The retailer posted a quarterly loss on lower same-store sales

Retailer Gap (GPS ) posted a $0.04 4Q loss vs. $0.31 EPS on 16% lower same store sales. Robertson Stephens said it sees February Gap sales below projections. It also says the outlook remains challenging. UBS Warburg, meanwhile, cut its estimates for the Gap, while S&P maintained its avoid rating on the stock.
