In "The Faded Colors of Benetton" (The Corporation, Apr. 10), BUSINESS WEEK should have sought a response from the Benetton family about assertions that the family is riven with conflicts over strategy. The company says such claims are untrue and that the four founding siblings have a unified vision. Also, Benetton's 1991-93 operating margins averaged 14.4%, not 14.7%.
