Personal income probably rose a solid 0.6% in May, on top of a 0.4% advance in April. Consumer spending likely rose a smaller 0.2% last month, as indicated by the 0.2% decline in retail sales. Outlays dropped 0.1% in April as consumers faced higher tax bills.
