Pembina Plans to Build Propane Export Terminal in Portland

Pembina Pipeline Corp. (PPL) plans to build a propane export terminal in Portland, Oregon, for about $500 million.

The terminal, which would have initial capacity of 37,000 barrels a day, would ship gas from Western Canada to international markets, the company said in a statement today. Pembina signed an agreement with the Port of Portland for developing the project.
