Jim O’Neill Says BRICs Together Can Be Effective (Audio)

Bloomberg View columnist, Jim O’Neill, says the effort by Brazil, Russia, India and China to to create a new currency reserve fund and development bank could be a constructive step toward boosting their economies through investments in areas like infrastructure. O’Neill, former chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management International, originally grouped the four biggest emerging market nations together and coined the acronym BRIC. O’Neill speaks with Bloomberg’s Kathleen Hays and Vonnie Quinn on Bloomberg Radio’s "The Hays Advantage".
