Stanford President Sees ‘Crowded’ Silicon Valley (Audio)

June 9 (Bloomberg) –- John Hennessy, President of Stanford University, says Silicon Valley is seeing overfunding as multiple companies crop up around the same idea. He notes that only one company will survive in each case as venture capital rushes to back the company that aims for first-mover advantage. Hennessy speaks with Bloomberg’s Kathleen Hays and Vonnie Quinn on Bloomberg Radio’s "The Hays Advantage" from the Next Big Thing Summit in Sausalito, California.
