Bloomberg Law Brief: Facebook Facing Fraud Claims (Audio)

Nathan Newman, Microsoft research fellow of the Information Law Institute at New York University, discusses how Facebook must again face users’ claims over the alleged disclosure of its online activities. A federal appellate court has ruled that a suit against the social network alleging fraud and breach of its user agreements can go forward.
