JinkoSolar Holding Co. (JKS), the best-performing Chinese solar manufacturer during the past year, agreed to supply 37.2 megawatts of modules to EDP Renovaveis SA for two solar farms in California.

The Lone Valley Solar Park I and Lone Valley Solar Park II projects in San Bernardino County are expected to be connected to the grid this year and will power about 5,000 homes, Shangrao, China-based JinkoSolar said today in a statement. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

JinkoSolar’s American depositary receipts, each worth four ordinary shares, have more than tripled in the past 12 months, the most by a Chinese company on the 17-member Bloomberg Global Large Solar Index.
