U.S. Sanctions Don’t Apply to Rosneft, Treasury Official Says

U.S. sanctions against Russian companies and individuals announced today don’t apply to OAO Rosneft, even though its Chief Executive Officer Igor Sechin was subjected to them, according to a Treasury official.
