Egypt Said to Receive Offers of Russian, U.S., French Wheat

Egypt’s General Authority for Supply Commodities received the following offers for its wheat-import tender today, according to two traders involved in the tender who asked not to be identified because they aren’t authorized to speak to the media.

The grain is for shipment March 1-10. Each cargo is 60,000 tons unless otherwise stated and prices are per ton on a free- Russia - Louis Dreyfus at $283.62 - CHS at $283.25 - Nidera at $286.89 for 55,000 tons - Venus at $283.90 - Olam at $285 - Glencore at $287.90 for 55,000 tons

U.S. (soft, red wheat) - Ameropa at $259.88 - Venus at $266.50 - Cargill at $269.90

France - Bunge at $282.87 - Cargill at $277.90
