MALAYSIA DAYBOOK: OSK Ventures, Brahim’s, Minetech, Parkson, UMW

OSK Ventures International Bhd. (OSKV) said its board of directors has no intention to seek an alternative takeover offer for its shares, according to a stock exchange filing.

The company received a bid from OSK Equity Holdings Sdn. on Dec. 27 to buy the remaining OSK Ventures shares it doesn’t own at 58 sen apiece.
