India’s Mysore Paper Seeks 42,000 Tons of Indonesia Thermal Coal

Mysore Paper Mills Ltd. (MSPM), an Indian maker of paper products and sugar, is seeking 42,000 metric tons of non-coking steam coal of Indonesian origin, according to a tender document posted on its website.

Suppliers must deliver the fuel to the company’s unit at Bhadravathi in the southern state of Karnataka within four months of receiving orders, according to the document.

Offers need to be submitted by Jan. 8. The company needs coal with a calorific value of 5,500 kilocalories a kilogram, sulfur content less than 0.8 percent and a maximum moisture content of 25 percent, the document showed.
