Obamacare, Holiday Sales, Berlusconi, HP: Week Ahead Nov. 23-30

President Barack Obama has set a Nov. 30 deadline to fix the administration’s health-care website. The federal program’s rollout, including the site’s technical problems, has hurt the president’s approval rating.

The U.S. holiday shopping season gets into full swing on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, when retailers generate revenue gains by offering steep discounts. Consumers account for about 70 percent of the economy.
