Albuquerque, New Mexico, Voters Reject Abortion Limit

Albuquerque, New Mexico, voters became the first in the U.S. to reject a ballot measure restricting abortions in the city limits, according to the Associated Press.

Residents of New Mexico’s largest city voted 55 percent to 45 percent against the proposal to ban doctors from performing abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.
