Munger, 89, gave 350 Berkshire Class A shares to the school, according to a filing issued today. He announced in April that he’d donate $110 million to the university to fund fellowships and a graduate-student residence.
“These gifts were made pursuant to a previously announced pledge, which has now been fully satisfied,” according to the filing.
