Kenya’s Kipsang Breaks Men’s Marathon World Record, AFP Says

Kenya’s Wilson Kipsang broke the marathon world record in a new best time of 2 hours, 3 minutes and 23 seconds, Agence France-Press said.

Kispang, 31, completed the feat in Berlin today, shaving 15 seconds off the previous world record set by Patrick Makau two years ago, according to the news agency.
