Starz, the premium cable TV network, signed a multiyear licensing agreement to carry movies such as “X-Men” and “Home Alone” from the library of 21st Century Fox Inc. (FOXA)
The accord gives Starz rights to hundreds of Fox movies for commercial-free play on the namesake Starz and Encore channels, along with associated HD, on-demand, and Web offerings, the companies said today in a statement. Financial terms weren’t announced.
