Sprint-Nextel Appeals Order to Face NY Attorney General Suit

Sprint-Nextel Corp. appealed a New York state judge’s June ruling denying the company’s bid to dismiss a lawsuit for $300 million brought by the state’s attorney general claiming the third-largest U.S. wireless carrier deliberately failed to pay sales taxes.
