Phil Mickelson Has Three-Shot Lead in British Open Final Round

Phil Mickelson has a three-stroke lead in the final round of the British Open after shooting a 5-under par 66.

Mickelson birdied the 18th hole at Muirfield in Gullane, Scotland, to finish with a score of 3-under 281. He’s trying to win his first British Open title and the fifth major championship of his career.

England’s Lee Westwood and Henrik Stenson of Sweden are tied for second at even par. Westwood has played 15 holes today and Stenson is through 17.
