ADB Funds Help Colombo to Replace Aged Sewage Pipes, Mirror Says

Asian Development Bank funds will help Sri Lanka’s capital and its suburbs install new lines and replace 70-year-old sewer pipes in a $116 million wastewater project, the Daily Mirror said, citing the Colombo Municipal Council’s chief engineer. Contractors have begun work on the wastewater project at two sites near the sea, the paper said.
