France Loans Armenia Funds for Water System Upgrades, Arka Says

France is loaning Armenia 26 million euros ($34 million) for water-supply and sewage-treatment improvements, the Arka news agency said, citing a spokesman for Yerevan Djur, a Veolia Environnement-run company that manages the capital’s water-distribution network.
