Light Rail Accident in Hong Kong Injures 62 People, RTHK Says

A light-rail train accident injured 62 people in Hong Kong’s Tin Shui Wai district, Radio Television Hong Kong reported without saying where it got the information.

The accident occurred around 4 p.m., and two or three people were seriously injured, according to an earlier report by RTHK.

Calls to the Hong Kong police public relations office and main office for MTR Corp. (66), which operates the line, went unanswered on a public holiday.
