Cox on Appellate Ruling UBS Owes Nothing to Tax Cheats (Audio)

James Cox, a professor of securities law at Duke University, discusses the sharply worded opinion of Judge Richard A. Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, throwing out a proposed class action against UBS AG. The class action alleged that the bank failed to inform account holders that they should report Swiss bank accounts to U.S. tax authorities. He talks with June Grasso on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Law."
