Deutsche Bank AG, continental Europe’s largest bank, named Bruno Hallak chief country officer for France, succeeding Marc Pandraud.
Pandraud, 54, will become head of client franchise development and vice chairman of corporate finance for Europe, the Middle East and Africa on June 1, the Frankfurt-based lender said in a memorandum to employees today.
Hallak, 46, was formerly head of investment-banking coverage and advisory for France. Emmanuel Hasbanian and Julien Fabre will replace him in that role, according to the memo.
Deutsche Bank is the third-ranked adviser on French mergers this year, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
