Arabtec CEO Appointed to Depa Director in Board Changes

Hasan Abdullah Ismaik, the chief executive officer of Arabtec Holding Co. (ARTC), has been appointed a director on the board of Depa Ltd. (DEPA) as the Dubai-based interiors contractor reshuffled its board.

The new board also comprises Fawz Al Hokair, Khaldoun Tabari, Mohammed Al Fahim, Wassul Fakhoury, Iyad AbdulRahim and Marwan Shehadeh, Depa said in a statement to Nasdaq Dubai today on its shareholders’ resolution. Al Fahim and Fakhoury are also on the board of Arabtec, according to information on the company’s website.

Shareholders approved the removal of Riad Kamal, who is a board member of Arabtec, and Orhan Osmansoy from the board. Shareholders didn’t approve resolutions to reappoint Faisal Al Matrook, Chris Foll and Ahmad Ramadan, according to the Depa statement.
