JPMorgan’s Frank Bisignano Said to Be Leaving Company, NYT Says

Frank Bisignano, co-chief operating officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM), is expected to leave as soon as this week, the New York Times reported, citing several people familiar with his decision.

Bisignano will become First Data Corp.’s chief executive, the newspaper said, citing the people familiar. A JPMorgan spokeswoman declined to comment to the Times.

The latest executive departure follows on the heels others who have left the bank, including Heidi Miller, James Staley, Bill Winters and Steve Black.

Bisignano had been promoted to co-COO in July along with Matt Zames, the Times said.
