Jonny Wilkinson kicked all the points for Toulon, seven penalties and a drop goal, in what may have been his final appearance at Twickenham.

Toulon beat Saracens 24-12 to reach the final of rugby union’s Heineken Cup, where it will play Clermont Auvergne in an all-French contest.

Jonny Wilkinson kicked all the points for Toulon, seven penalties and a drop goal, in what may have been his final appearance at Twickenham. Owen Farrell scored four penalties for Saracens.

Clermont Auvergne beat Munster 16-10 yesterday to reach the final in Dublin on May 18. Neither Clermont nor Toulon has played in a final of the competition.
