Arthur Levitt Sees `New Kind of Brokerage Firm' (Audio)

Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, says because of social media and the Internet, investors and brokerage firms will be communicating "in ways they never have before" and there will be "rapid fire transactions." Levitt talks with Bloomberg's Tom Keene and Michael McKee on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
