April 8 (Bloomberg) --- Arthur Levitt, former chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, says the job of chairman and chief executive will eventually be split at JPMorgan Chase. Levitt also discusses the death of former U.K. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. He talks with Bloomberg's Tom Keene and Mike McKee on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance."
