Euro Falls Versus Dollar, Dropping to Lowest Level Since Nov. 21

The euro fell against the dollar, declining 0.3 percent to $1.2824 at 7:51 a.m. London time. It reached $1.2821, the lowest level since Nov. 21.

Europe’s shared currency was little changed at 121.39 yen after climbing as much as 0.3 percent earlier.
