Tyco Must Face Federal Whistleblower Claims, Court Says

Tyco Electronics Corp., now known as TE Connectivity Ltd. (TEL), must face federal whistleblower claims brought by a former company accountant, the U.S. Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled.
