Connecticut Water Service Inc. (CTWS), a holding company for a real estate unit and three regulated water utilities in the U.S. Northeast, said fourth-quarter net income fell 24 percent.
Net income declined to 16 cents a share from 21 cents the prior year, according to a company regulatory filing today.
Revenue rose to $19.5 million from $15.4 million. It was greater than the $18.5 million average of three analysts’ estimates compiled by Bloomberg.
