Broad Helps England Take Control of Cricket Test in New Zealand

Stuart Broad’s six-wicket haul helped England take control of the second cricket Test against New Zealand in Wellington.

Broad was 6-51 as New Zealand was bowled out for 254 on day three in response to England’s first innings 465. The host was then forced to follow on, reaching 77-1 at stumps at Basin Reserve to trail by 134 runs.

The series opener in Dunedin ended in a draw, with the final Test beginning March 22 in Auckland.
