FOMC, Obama in Israel, U.K. Budget, HP: Week Ahead March 18-23

President Barack Obama makes his first visit to Israel as the U.S. chief executive to discuss Iran, West Bank settlements and the Syrian civil war.

U.K. Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne presents his budget for the next fiscal year amid calls from opponents and some in his own party to relax fiscal austerity. The Reserve Bank of India is likely cut its benchmark interest rate to spur growth as inflation cools.
