MORE: OGX Offshore Production Per Well Falls to 3,800 B/D in Feb

Co.’s daily production from three offshore wells fell from 4,900 barrels/day in Jan.

* Shares fell as much as 20% and were down 16.4% at 10:22 a.m. in Sao Paulo

* Onshore production rose to 5,500 barrels/day of oil and natural gas

* Total production rose to 16,800 b/d from 16,400 barrels/day in Jan

* Co. releases production data in presentation

NOTE: OGX originally estimated daily production of up to 20,000 barrels/day at its offshore wells. Stock down 41% year to date.
