Martha Stewart Says Company ‘Left Open’ Parts of Macy’s Pact

March 5 (Bloomberg) -- Seth Berensweig, founding & managing partner at Berenzweig Leonard, examines the court battle between Macy's and J.C. Penney as Martha Stewart is set to take the stand to define her roles with the companies. He speaks on Bloomberg Television's "In The Loop."

Martha Stewart said that her namesake company “left open certain areas” of its sales contract with Macy’s Inc. (M) Stewart is testifying in a Manhattan courtroom today as Macy’s fights to persuade a New York state judge to block parts of her company’s agreement with J.C. Penney Co.
