API’s Gerard Says Keystone Pipeline Likley to Be Built (Audio)

Jack Gerard, the president of the American Petroleum Institute, says there is a "high likelihood" that the Keystone energy pipeline will be approved. Gerard talks with Bloomberg's Tom Keene and Alix Steel on Bloomberg Radio's "Bloomberg Surveillance." They are joined by Helima Croft, an analyst at Barclays Capital.
