Harvard’s Kaplan discusses Apple, JCPenney (Audio)

Robert Kaplan, a professor of management practice at Harvard Business School and a former vice chairman at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., discusses management strategy for Apple and JCPenney. He says Apple CEO Tim Cook should "step into the vacuum" and ahead of the conversation on what to do with the company's cash.
