Ghana Plans to Keep Jubilee Crude Oil Exports Unchanged in April

Ghana plans to keep exports of its Jubilee crude in April unchanged from March at three cargoes of 950,000 barrels each, according to a loading program obtained by Bloomberg News.

Loading programs are monthly schedules of crude shipments compiled by field operators to allow buyers and sellers to work out their supply and trading activities.
