Judge Denies Motion to Intervene in Empire State Building Suit

A New York judge denied a motion by a group led by Andrew Penson to intervene in a case over efforts to include the Empire State Building in a real estate investment trust that would go public. The judge permitted the group to participate on a limited basis.
